We recently stayed at the Wittelsbach for a family vacation, and it was a solid choice for us. Our room had large windows that provided a lovely view of the mountains, enhancing our mornings. While there wasn't air conditioning, leaving the windows open allowed us to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The location in the heart of the old town made it easy for us to explore local shops and cafes between our family hikes. We appreciated the complimentary parking pass, which simplified our daily trips. Our kids enjoyed the ski school offered, which was a great way for them to learn some new skills. The breakfast buffet was well-organized, offering various options that kept us all satisfied. On our last day, the staff even helped us prepare a to-go breakfast due to our early departure, which was thoughtful. The Wittelsbach provided a welcoming atmosphere for families looking to enjoy a mix of relaxation and adventure.
